Beyond the classics like Bibimbap and Bulgogi, I had the chance to explore hidden culinary gems. The finale at a Korean Chinese restaurant was a delightful surprise, offering a truly authentic local experience. And here's the best part – even vegetarians and vegans will find plenty to love on this culinary adventure! I can't recommend it enough!

Super friendly, funny, professional host ever! J showed us around the Mangwon area where you can feel the lovely local vibe. We tried several delicious street foods at the cute market (We would have never found these spots ourselves!) and had a proper meal at the restaurant. Most importantly, we were so happy to have a "VEGAN" option at a Chinese Korean restaurant. Strongly recommended! 😆

HaeJi is a joy. She’s so knowledgeable and energetic. Her enthusiasm alone will make you want to return. The dumplings are delicious. The pancakes are wonderful. And the 5/6 types of gimpap will make you want to try more. With Haeji’s wealth of knowledge and expertise it’s a tour you won’t want to miss.
